Life is way more complicated when we are exhausted! When your kids are not sleeping well, you are not sleeping well! That means you may feel more crabby, more stressed and not be feeling your best.
I hate to see families in this state, so I want to share with you the Keys to Peaceful Sleep for FREE. I am going to host a call on Wednesday, April 22 at 8:00 p.m. (hopefully the kids are in bed!) to talk about the four keys to peaceful sleep.

- how to recognize when your child is tired
- the important elements of a calm environment
- the importance of routines
- how sleep associations impact sleep
